次世代リーダー育成道場からのメッセージ（2018年4月）
Hello, everyone. I’m Chiharu Ishizaki and in 72 at Tachikawa high school. I have attended Centenary State High School in Australia since January in 2017.
Today, I would like to tell you what a day in Australia is like for me.
1. I wake up at 5:30 am. When I had attended Tachikawa high school, I used to wake up that time. So, it‘s my habit to wake up at 5:30 am.
2. Then, I eat breakfast. I always make it by myself last night because if I cook breakfast at 5:30, I'll wake my host family up. My breakfast is usually cereal, sandwich and fruits. I used to eat udon and rice and I miss it.
3. I leave home at 8:00 and walk to bus station for ten minutes. There are many same high school students in the bus. When they speak English around me in the bus, I always eavesdrop to improve my English skills.
4. My First class starts at 9:00; business. I have learned about “How IKEA maintains a competitive advantage in a globalized society.” I have never seen a business class in Japan, so I am enjoying it. My group members consist of Asian such as Filipino, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese (it’s me).
5. My Second class is history. I dislike it the most of all subject because there are many words I have never heard and seen. Furthermore, it is written that the Japanese had done many cruel things during WW?and WW? in the Australian text book. Do you know that Japan attacked Australia during WW?. I think it is important to look from the outside to learn Japan.
6. After second class, it’s lunch time which is called AM break. Most of my lunch is sandwich, fruit and vegetables. At that time, I ask my friends to help with things I can’t understand to catch up with local students. They help me a lot.
7. The Third class is mathematics. Australian mathematics is easier than Japanese mathematics. I have more leeway than when I was in Japan.
8. Next time is PM break. I've already eaten lunch, so I talk with my friends a lot.
9. My Forth class is English. I have learned how to express various things in English. I am nervous for a speech I have that is three minutes.
10. My school ends at three o’clock which is the same time as Japan. Then, I catch a bus to come home. I am tired after hard work in school. On top of that, I have many assessments. So, I have to keep studying it. I rarely use Japanese in a day.
I am helped by many people and spending time in Australia.

こんにちは。石崎千晴です。私は立川高校72期生で12月からオーストラリアのCentenary State High Schoolに通っています。今日はオーストラリアの1日の生活についてお話しします。
1,まず朝五時半に起きます。立高に通っていた時にこの時間に起きていたので習慣になっています。
2,そして朝食を食べます。五時半に朝食を作るとホストファミリーを起こしてしまうので前日の夜に自分で作っておきます。朝食はシリアル、サンドイッチ、フルーツなどです。今まではご飯やうどんを食べていたので日本食が恋しいです。
3,八時に家を出て十分くらい歩いてバス停へ行きバスに乗ります。バスの中には同じ学校の生徒が沢山います。周りではみんな英語を話しているので英語力を上達させるために会話を盗み聞きしています。
4,一時間目は9時に始まります。まずはビジネスの授業です。現在は“グローバル化する社会でIKEAがどのように競争利益を保っていくか”を学んでいます。日本では見たことが無い教科なので楽しいです。私のグループのメンバーはフィリピン人、中国人、ベトナム人、日本人（私）と全員アジア人で構成されています。
5,二時間目は歴史です。聞いたこともない単語が1番出てくる教科なので歴史が1番嫌いです。さらに、オーストラリアの教科書には第一次世界大戦、第二次世界大戦で日本が行った残虐なことがたくさん書かれています。第二次世界大戦中に日本がオーストラリアに攻撃したことを知っていますか？母国を学ぶには外側から見てみることが大切だと思います。
6,二時間目が終わると午前の昼食の時間が始まります。これはAMブレイクと呼ばれています。昼食はサンドイッチ、サラダ、フルーツが多いです。この時間には授業についていけるように、宿題で分からないところを友達に聞いたりしています。沢山のことを手伝ってくれます。
7,三時間目は数学です。数学は日本より簡単なので日本にいた時より余裕をもって授業を受けています。
8,そして午後の昼食です。もう昼食は食べ終わっているので友達とたくさんはなすようにしています。
9,四時間目は英語です。現在は英語で様々な表現を使って表現する方法を学んでいます。3分程度のスピーチはとても緊張します。
10,日本と同じ三時に四時間目が終わります。スクールバスに乗って帰ります。沢山のことをした後はとても疲れています。その上、沢山の宿題をしなければならないので勉強し続けなければなりません。日本語を使うことはほとんどありません。
私は沢山の人に助けられオーストラリアでの時間を過ごしています。
